Hugh Anderson

As The chair Hugh brings an intimate knowledge of the workings of a Board, and of how it communicates with and serves its shareholders. He has been an Executive and a Non-Executive Director in both private and publicly listed companies. He is an experienced Chairperson of listed companies. He has written and presented courses for the Australian Institute of Company Directors (of which he is a Life Fellow) for many years, and has also conducted private in-house Board workshops. Hugh is currently the Trustee for Coles Jackson Properties.
